While we can happily ship our creations directly to your door, fresh out of our factory, we are also open to visitors! Our store in Gerani of Chania encompasses all the things FISIKA is—a retail shop, a factory, and a green patio to relax—all under one roof, allowing real magic to happen.
We believe it will be amazing for you to experience FISIKA with all your senses. It’s all about what you will be seeing when you enter our garden and our yard. What you’ll be hearing and touching and smelling. What sounds and melodies you will be hearing, how you will be greeted by our little dog. What you will take away, either physically or in spirit. If we can create a great experience for you and connect with you—even if it’s just for a minute or two—then our mission is accomplished. But it could also be for more than that: meeting you in person, chatting with you, sharing a cup of tea in the yard is incredibly important to us. We love it when people stay and share their stories with us and wish to listen to our story too: because there is a real story behind FISIKA, a story of love, honour and respect, a story you can take part in, a story you can share with your family and friends.
We encourage you to drop in, sit and relax even if you are not looking at skincare. Psst, that’s a call out for all of you husbands and fathers that would really appreciate a quiet moment: You can rest in our green patio, with a free cup of tea in hand, or even raki if you feel like it, while the wife and the daughter vividly chat with us in-store. The kids can also stay active with our outdoor games, books, and the colouring station.
