After payment confirmation, we process your order. We reserve 2-5 business days on average for order processing and preparation. On occasion, these times may be extended. We notify you of any changes to dispatch times on the website on the home page if the delay exceeds an extra business day. Should you need any information on current dispatch times, please contact us via telephone, chat, or email.

The shipping cost is determined by the weight and volume of your order as well as the country and the city of destination. This is calculated in your cart and you can see and choose a shipping method before you reach the payment choices. All you have to do is make an account, add your delivery details, and add any items you like in the cart and you will see the shipping options underneath.

 

Your shipping cost options explained:

 

For delivery within Greece and Cyprus:

  1. If you pay with a credit card or via Paypal you get the option of ACS courier. This service includes a tracking number and SMS delivery notification. You will have to provide us with your mobile number for the courier to contact you via SMS for the delivery time.
  2. If you pay with cash on delivery (this is available only for destinations within Greece), you get the option of ACS Cash on Delivery. With this service, you can pay for your order when you receive it either with cash or a credit card (Pay-on-delivery expenses are included). This service includes a tracking number and SMS delivery notification. You will have to provide us with your mobile number for the courier to contact you via SMS for the delivery time.

 

For delivery within the rest of the European Union:

  1. You get the Express courier DHL which is a fast and reliable shipping method. It comes with a tracking code, email, and SMS notifications. You will have to provide us with an email for the courier to send you updates and your mobile number for the courier to contact you via SMS for the delivery time. Note though, if the address is considered a remote area (far from DHL pick-up points) then there is an extra charge. If that’s the case with you please send us an email to see if we can fix this (can’t promise though).
  2. A traceable slow-post delivery is a second option but it is available only upon request via email. It may be a bit more affordable but it is not that reliable (see the explanation below).

 

For delivery outside of the EU:

  1. You get the Express courier DHL which is our fast and reliable shipping method. It comes with a tracking code, email, and SMS notifications. You will have to provide us with an email for the courier to send you updates and your mobile number for the courier to contact you via SMS for the delivery time. Note though, if the address is considered a remote area (far from DHL pick-up points) then there is an extra 20€ charge. If that’s the case with you please send us an email to see if we can fix this (can’t promise though).
  2. You also get the Traceable slow-post delivery which is literally a slow service, so please choose this one only when you’re not in a hurry to receive your package. This service does come with a tracking number but with limited tracking ability. For more info, check the ”Trace your order” tab.

Tip: if you are not in a hurry, or if you leave in a remote area, pick the slow-post method. If you are in a hurry, or if you can share the shipping costs with a friend/ colleague when you order together, then definitely choose the courier method.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for failing to meet the calculated delivery times due to delays in the shipping company or natural causes. Please note, for deliveries to a country outside the EU, the customer shall be responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes when required. Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Madagascar, Bahrain, and Singapore is made only with the customer’s responsibility.

 
 
 

How to track your package:

  1. If you chose ACS courier (for delivery within Greece or Cyprus), please check your account at this website, go to ‘my orders’, choose the most recent order and check the notes. You may also have received an email notification from us regarding your delivery where the tracking code is also mentioned. You can use this code at the ACS courier’s site to check where the package currently is. Don’t hesitate to send us if you need any help with that.
  2. If you chose express courier-DHL, please check your emails at the email account you gave to us in the shipping details of your order. You should have an email straight from DHL mentioning the pickup from our warehouse as well as the tracking code. Use this code at DHL’s site to check where the package currently is. Don’t hesitate to send us if you need any help with that.
  3. If you chose the slow-post service, please check your account at this website, go to ‘my orders’, choose the most recent order and check the notes. You may also have received an email notification from us regarding your delivery where the tracking code is also mentioned. You can use this code at the universal package tracing site to check where the package currently is. This tracking number has limited tracking ability. We can track the package for as long as it travels within Greece (the first 2-3 days) and then we need to wait until the post office of the country of destination makes an update -which usually is on the day they deliver it. You can always contact your local post office, at least 5 days after the day of dispatch, and ask them to track the package internally for you, but we won’t be able to help you more until our tracking code is updated.

We ship to the address you provide during your checkout. Please always recheck your shipping details before completing your order. You can also sign up to this website, to save your address (-es) in your account for the next time!

You can also choose to send the package to somebody else, a friend, a family member, etc. There is an option for you to provide a different shipping address from the one in the payment details.

 

Note: We try our best to check the address given, so if we spot a mistake eg. wrong postal code, or mistyped road name, we will contact you to make sure we have the correct data. If we miss this and the address you gave us is proven wrong, the package may return to us as undeliverable. We will contact you and you have 2 options: Either choose to pay for the re-shipping costs or choose to cancel your order and get a refund for the cost of the items, but not for the shipping cost.

 

If you wish us to send your order as a gift to a friend, please specify it in the ‘notes’ section during checkout. We can wrap the gift nicely as a present, exclude the receipt and send it immediately to your friend’s address. We can also include a personal handwritten note (max. 20-30 words) with your wishes.
