Do you want to return your order?

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason, you can return it/them to us in accordance with this Returns Policy:

Customers from within the European Union (EU) have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations (it excludes items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken). Orders delivered to Non-EU addresses must be returned by post within 28 days from when they were received. The products are your responsibility until they reach our store. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the price you have paid for the products (shipping costs not included), using the same method you used to pay for them.

Before Dispatch

If you just placed your order but wish to cancel it, please, inform us of this immediately via a chat system, email or telephone. If your order is marked ”Processing”, ”Pending Payment” or ”On hold” it means that it’s still with us. We will confirm the cancellation with you in writing and refund the payment of both the items and the shipping costs according to the terms described below.

 

During dispatch

If you cancel your order after it has already been dispatched, but it is still on the way to its destination, we will contact the courier and will try to stop the delivery, however, we will deduct the carriage charge from the overall refund for the canceled order. If you’ve chosen the slow post office shipping method, you will have to wait, receive the order, and return it at your own cost.

 

After the delivery

If you decide to cancel the order after you have already received it, please, contact us, and follow the steps below. Please note, we will not reimburse the return postage charge or the initial delivery charge. We will request that you return the goods at your own cost. Once the order is returned, we will refund your original method of payment less any postage charges incurred. The goods should be unopened and in their original packaging.

To request a refund, follow the steps here:

  1. Contact us, to let us know about your wish to return your order and request a refund.
  2. Please include the original packaging with your return.
  3. Make sure your returns are securely packaged so they don’t get damaged in transit. They’ve got a lot of traveling to do.
  4. Send your returns by registered mail or courier at F. SIKA & Co, Gerani 73014, Chania, Greece Tel +30 28210 61930. Please remember to get proof of postage receipt.
  5. Contact us again to let us know you’ve sent the package and show proof of postage receipt.
  6. We will process refunds within 5 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorize your payment provider to release the money back into your account. How long your payment provider takes to release the money will depend on their own terms and conditions. But please allow at least 10 more working days for all refunds to be received by you.

Refund exceptions:

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on used products, or if the original packaging and seal have been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Tailor-made products cannot be returned and refunded. The process of making them is confirmed by you via an email conversation with detailed previews of a sample, or by shipping samples to you. Returns and refunds are accepted if the tailor-made product is not as agreed upon.

Sale items purchased online can be refunded by post within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned will be refunded for the same amount paid.

Please note:

The above returns policy refers to a change of mind only and does not affect your statutory rights. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the fisikashop.com Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to our website due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any future refund.

 
 

Return of a defective product

We work hard to make sure all our goods are high quality, so we’ll be really sorry if there’s a fault in something you’ve bought from us. We also care that the packaging of all our products protects them in the most secure way during transportation.

If, however, you find some damage caused to the products shipped, please contact us within 14 days from the day of arrival, and we will take back the defective product and send a new one. Additional transport costs will be borne by us. Defective products must be returned to the original packaging in order to be replaced.

 
 
 

If you’ve received the wrong items

In case of receipt of goods other than those included in your order, please contact us and we re-send the right ones bearing all costs.
