Ethos, size, and packaging:
Collected with absolute care and meraki by a bee-friendly nomad beekeeper, experienced since 1990 and based in Chania, Greece.
Instead of the glass jar you see in the picture, you will receive your honey in a metal tin for a safer journey.
Note:
High‑quality thyme honey may naturally crystallize in colder temperatures—this is a sign of purity, not a flaw. If it happens, simply place the tin/ jar in a warm water bath (double boiler style), making sure the water doesn’t boil vigorously. Keep the temperature below about 40 °C (104 °F) to preserve honey’s natural enzymes and flavor. Avoid direct flame or stovetop contact: Never put the container directly on a burner, as uneven heating could damage the container or overheat the honey.
