A complete routine of caring for and loving your skin, your body, your self. For best results, follow each step and stay committed. Drink also plenty of water or herbal tea during the day and indulge in juicy, colorful fresh fruits and vegetables for all their beneficial vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
How to use

AM Routine
PATTERN:
Wake up in around the same time every morning to give your body a consistent rhythm and kick off with plenty of energy and a positive vibe.
HYDRATE:
Start by drinking a glass of water, plain or with added lemon juice and ginger.
CLEANSE:
Feel and touch your skin, how does it look today?
a.If it’s fresh and soft (thanks to your pm routine from the previous night), skip the cleanser and use just the Rose toner, wiping off gently any night sweat with a clean reusable cotton or bamboo pad.
b.If your skin feels heavy with excess sweat or dirt, go ahead and use the BRIGHTEN Orange bar to clean and refresh your skin. Wet your hands and the bar, and rub between your palms using a circular motion. Wet once more if needed to produce a soft lather. Apply it to your face and massage well to take the dirt off the pores. Don’t forget to wash the forehead, the neck, and behind the ears, and give some extra love around your nostrils. Enjoy the morning massage and then rinse off with cold or lukewarm water. Dry by tapping gently with a soft clean towel.


TONE:
Let’s wet that pretty face once more with the regenerating scent of roses! The floral water -a real hydrosol- acts as your face mist to tone the skin but also boost and cheer you up. Close your eyes spray abundantly and inhale deeply. This step will seal in hydration and enhance nutrient absorption of the other products. Don’t forget to wet the neck too!
SERUM & LIFT:
Use the serum daily or as you need to release tension. It’s designed to give your skin that extra healthy glow with all its nutrients, strengthening your skincare routine. Apply one drop as you go, on the neck, on each cheek, and on your forehead.
Use the crystal roller to help the product absorb faster and your face de-puff by stimulating lymphatic flow.

There is no need to apply great pressure, but do add some in areas that feel good (e.g. the eyebrows). Repeat each set of rolls 8-10 times. Start from the neck: work on draining fluid build-up, rolling from the top of the neck towards your collarbone. Then, roll just under the jawline, from one side of the chin towards your ear. Repeat for the other side.
Continue with lifting the mouth and the cheekbones: Roll from the base of your mouth towards your ear with an upwards motion. Do the same from the base of your nose and then right under the eyes. Use lighter, gentler pressure closer to the eyes.
Now to the forehead: Roll over your eyebrow from the center of your forehead towards the temples. Repeat for the other side. Roll from the center of the forehead towards each side. Roll also from the nose and upwards towards the roots of your hair.
Finish by cleaning your roller with soap and water and once dry, store it in the bag and optionally in the fridge until the next use.


MOISTURIZE:
Use a clean dry spatula or finger to get a pea size amount of the Anti-wrinkle face cream. Tap it around your face and rub it in with a sweet, gentle, mothering touch, like a love and compassion letter to yourself. Take the time to inhale the floral scent, and connect with your thoughts, your ideas for the day, and your dreams. Start your day with confidence, a bright face, and an even brighter smile! Let the cream sink in or tap off any excess with a clean reusable cotton or bamboo pad.
PM Routine
Finish off the day with a ritual for you, a moment to calm and prepare your skin for a good night’s sleep.
CLEANSE:
Remove sweat, dirt, makeup, and sunscreen, with the BRIGHTEN bar. Follow the same directions as in the morning routine.


TONE:
There is no such thing as too much hydration for your skin, so go on and spray all over with your mist! Breath slower and more deeply.
MOISTURIZE:
Use the Anti-wrinkle face cream in a bigger quantity than that of your am routine, to apply it as an overnight mask. Blend well with the droplets of the rose water, enjoying a night massage with light pressure and lifting motion (just like you do with the roller). Massage the frown lines to soften them, the laughter lines and all around the mouth to relieve tension, the collarbones, touch your heart and breath deeply. Give yourself the love and attention you deserve. Finish off with any cream that’s left on your hands by massaging the back of your neck, relieving also the tension there.

Weekly:
EXFOLIATE:
Use the EXFOLIATE coffee bar, once a week (if you have sensitive or dry skin), or weekly (if you have normal, mixed or oily skin), preferably before bedtime, to scrub away dead skin cells and renew your skin. Wet the face, the hands and the bar. If you have normal, mixed or oily skin, you can rub the bar straight on your face for a deep exfoliation. If you have sensitive or dry skin, rub the bar in your hands in a circular motion and apply the foam with the tiny coffee bits on your face. Massaging the foam instead of the bar will give a light exfoliation. Rinse off and tap dry. Follow with the toner and the moisturizer.
Once a week or every 15 days include this in your PM routine::
MASK:
Use the mild clay mask to detox and cleanse your pores deeply. Get a clean bowl (preferably ceramic or wooden), add a spoonful of the clay and then add a spoonful of water or ideally a herbal tea eg. chamomile tea to calm down pissed-off skin or green tea for its antioxidants and anti-aging benefits. You can also mix in a few drops of non-comedogenic organic oil (olive oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, etc). Apply the mixture with a clean brush or fingers around the mouth, on your nose and around the nostril, the cheeks, the forehead, the neck, and the collarbones (-use what’s left in the armpits). Keep on for 5-10 minutes until it starts drying and pulling, then immediately rinse. Don’t let the mask dry completely. Rinse well all the areas and then go on with the rest of your pm routine, following up with the toner and the moisturizer.
PS.
Both your bars can be used on the face, body and hands. During hot season, keep the toner in the fridge to cool your skin down.
