How to use
To meditate:
Use it as a spiritual tool to promote a clear mind and inner peace. Use drops in a diffuser 10′ prior to your routine. Enjoy also during yoga, by making a blend in a roller bottle with 10 drops of this oil and carrier oil of choice to apply on the forehead, wrists, the bottom of the feet.
To enhance your mood, while on the go:
Press one of your nostrils with your finger to close it, hold the open vial under the other nostril and inhale deeply, to enhance your mood, improve self-esteem and mental strength. Repeat with the other nostril.
To clean a room’s air:
Place drops of the essential oil in water, in a suitable oil burner with a lighted candle underneath. As the water evaporates, the euphoric aroma of sage will deodorize the room.
